Day 29 Activity.
CFCC 7am WOD + 8am Gymnastics.
Strength: OH Squat peak of 3
>63 lbs (beat last week’s 58).
Metcon: AMRAP in 15 mins, teams of 3. Ring row 15 reps (pace-setter) + rest + ring dips (or pushups).
>Claire, Riddhi and I: I think it was 220 reps.
>I did ring dips for maybe first 2 rounds, then went to knee pushups.
Skill 1: Pistols. Got my first pistol on each leg! But hopping up/out of balance.
Skill 2: Kipping pullups. >GOT MY FIRST KIPPING PULLUP! Actually got 2 in a row (need to flow one into other better)
Conditioning: 7 rounds for time of 7 pull-ups (can kip!) + 7 candle rows to tuck jump.
>9:54 (used rack to pull myself up out of candle row because Sammy didn’t want me to be putting my feet out super wide, knees in/feet out. Couldn’t get up with feet together) (used average band for pull-ups)
Woke with 5 hours.
